Short and sweet, this recipe is perfect dinner any night of the week.
- 1 lb Conecuh Hickory Smoked Sausage
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 box or package spanish rice mix
- Simply cut sausage into 3/4 inch morsels, and brown in a large skillet. (Don't Drain)
- Add spanish rice mix and follow directions for rice.
- Add tomatoes, simmer 15-20 minutes.
