*UPS only guarantees NEXT DAY AIR services. We will ship out orders on MONDAY and TUESDAY only. If you order after our cut-off time on Wednesday, your order will be held until the 2nd Monday, additional 7 days, to ship out.

We are not able to ship orders on the day the order is placed.
We ship out products via UPS on Monday and Tuesday ONLY.
Orders placed by Wednesday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders placed after Wednesday each week will be held until the following (2nd) Monday or Tuesday.
There will be a delay in shipping from 5 to 12 days, depending on when you place your order.

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and another email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping is very limited during holiday weeks. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee, but you must call us when ordering to arrange and confirm Saturday delivery. For each item ordered, choose either ship in own box, or combine items. *Note: Ship in own box will result in higher shipping charges.
All perishable items will be shipped in a thick wall, foam cooler, with gel ice bricks or dry ice, and placed inside a cardboard shipping box. You must refrigerate or freeze your items when you receive your box as soon as possible.
Tracking will available on the day the order is shipped after 4:00 PM. You will receive tracking information via the e-mail address you provided.
