A simple two-ingredient recipe that produces tender sausage and cabbage.
- 1 lb Conecuh Original Smoked Sausage
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
- Cut the Conecuh Sausage into serving size pieces, set aside.
- Quarter cabbage, core and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
- Place cabbage and water in a 10 inch skillet that has a tight fitting lid.
- Add Conecuh Sausage on top – cook until cabbage is tender, approximately 15 minutes.
