I have to say that this is the best sausage i have ever had !!!! I am from the deep south known for our smoked sausage and andouille sausage but i had my great friends in hackberry la who turned me on to this sausage and i search high and low for it .It is not over smoked and has perfect flavor .I cannot eat highly smoked sausage with so much going on in it .This is what. sausage should be .Great flavor and smoked just enough to enjoy the flavor of sausage and not smoke !!!!!! Thank you for making the BEST sausage in the south !!!!!!
