Recipe: Cabbage and Conecuh Sausage

1 lb. Conecuh Sausage
1 medium head cabbage
1/2 cup water

Cut the Conecuh Sausage into serving size pieces, set aside. Quarter cabbage, core and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place cabbage and water in a 10 inch skillet that has a tight fitting lid. Add Conecuh Sausage on top - cook until cabbage is tender, approximately 15 minutes.
